1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Business Advisor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, free trial users, and paid subscribers.

If you are using AI Business Advisor on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and references to "you" mean both you and that business.

2. Description of Services

AI Business Advisor provides access to AI-powered advisory tools for small businesses and their teams, built on OpenAI's platform. Our current services include:

• AI Business Advisor — business strategy and operations guidance
• AI Employee Advisor — role-specific workplace guidance for employees
• AI Business Startup Advisor — step-by-step guidance for starting a business
• Additional specialist AI tools (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategy, HR)
• One-on-one consulting sessions (included with paid plans)

3. Accounts and Free Trial

Registration

To access our services, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and business name.

Free Trial

• One free trial per person and per business
• No credit card required to start the free trial
• The free trial is limited to 20 conversations per day
• Free trial access expires automatically after 7 days with no automatic charge

4. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days; annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry it up to three times over 7 days.

5. Consulting Services

Paid plans include monthly consulting time with an AI Business Advisor advisor: Plus plan gets 1 hour/month, Premium gets 5 hours/month. Sessions must be booked in advance with at least 24 hours' notice. Unused consulting hours do not roll over.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal activity; share account credentials outside your plan; reverse-engineer our tools; generate harmful or deceptive content; interfere with the Service; or attempt unauthorised access.

8. Intellectual Property

AI Business Advisor, including its name, logo, website design, AI tool configurations, and content, is owned by AI Business Advisor. You retain ownership of content you provide and the AI outputs generated during your sessions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party platforms including OpenAI, Stripe, and Netlify. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and No Professional Advice

AI Business Advisor provides AI-generated information for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Business Advisor from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Utah.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
