Two places to connect an app

They’re separate, and each does something the other can’t.

In Claude

Claude can look things up and draft work in that app while you chat: “summarize my unread email”, “which invoices are overdue?”. Each person connects their own account.

The tools here use the app’s real data the same way every time, for your whole business: your leads sync with HubSpot, your numbers come from QuickBooks. Connect it once on Connections.

Connect these 3 first

They cover most of an owner’s daily work: email, the team, and money.

How to add a connector in Claude

Every Claude plan includes connectors. Who adds them depends on your plan.

    Free, Pro or Max

    1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.
    2. Pick the app from the list and click Connect.
    3. Sign in to the app and approve what it asks for (see “Allow” on each card).
    4. In a chat, turn it on from the + menu when you want Claude to use it.

    Team or Enterprise

    1. An Owner turns the connector on for everyone under Organization settings → Connectors.
    2. Each person then connects their own account from Customize → Connectors.
    3. Connect money apps (QuickBooks, PayPal) as the owner or admin, so Claude sees everything.

To disconnect, use the same Connectors screen, and also remove Claude’s access inside the app itself. Only add custom connectors from sources you trust.
